Tom started his professional career with Alexander & Associates Company as a co-op student from Cincinnati Technical College in 1976 and was hired full time upon graduating with a degree in Mechanical Design Technology.

Tom went on to spend his entire career with A&A becoming a shareholder in 1997. Although he rose through the ranks on the technical side of the business, he would fill the role of Chief Financial Officer and retire as President of the Company in 2018.

Family has always been a top priority for Tom & his wife Sally who have two adult children and six grandchildren.

He spends part of his retirement lending his legal skills to non-profit 501(c)(3) corporations and sitting on several boards. He is an avid fisherman.

Dave and his wife, Toni, have 2 children and a grandchild. David joined the board of the LIT Movement because he saw lives being changed.

Tom obtained his Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation in 1977 and became part- owner of Reber in 1979. In 1981, the firm's name was changed to Reber Seitz Company, at which time Tom was named President of the firm.

In 1985, Tom acquired Pension Corporation of America®, which was originally established in 1977. Since the acquisition, Pension Corporation of America® has grown to be one of the largest employee benefit firms in Southwestern Ohio.

Tom graduated from the University of Cincinnati where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Accounting. He holds his CPA,  Investment Company and Variable Products Representative licenses, General Securities License Series 7, and The Uniform State Securities Series 63 License.

Tom was born and raised in Cincinnati and currently resides in Villa Hills, Kentucky with his wife, Karen; and enjoys spending time with their three grown children and two grandchildren.
